You want to reach FURTHER, BETTER, HIGHER but something is blocking your path😕

> What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?
🚶♀️Imagine you have reached a point along your path where there is a locked fence. A therapist will help you discover who locked the fence and why. A coach will help you get to the other side.*
Therapy typically focusses on problems rooted in the past and discovers why things happened. In coaching we focus in the present and moving forward into the future. We may need to visit the past in order to clear a mental/emotional block that is preventing you moving forward and having the successful life you desire. However, we do not linger in the past beyond clearing its effects from the present.
Coaching is a solution-oriented, action-focussed partnership that helps you create and experience the life of your choosing. Coaching challenges you to focus on what you really want, whether it is in your career or more broadly in your life - people I coach often come with a career-oriented focus but soon find that they want to look more holistically at their life. Coaching helps you discover and break through whatever is holding you back from the full success you desire. It helps you develop action plans and supports you in holding yourself accountable.
As your coach, I partner with you and am your biggest cheerleader, while not shying away from asking you the challenging questions! Unlike your friends and family, I do not come with my own agenda or tell you what you should do. Instead, I hold your agenda fully – you are the expert in your life. I ask questions that allow you to tap into your own wisdom and resources. My clients tend to find they experience profound shifts in their mindset and lives.
