đLanguage mattersđ
SHOULD = COULD + SHAME
Let that sink in⌠đ¤

When did you last use SHOULD?
In my past, I have SHOULDâd all over the place!đ - judging myself and others.
Now SHOULD is a word I choose not to use â why?...
SHOULD comes from a conditional place of judgement.
đâYou should home cook all your childâs mealsâ â you are SHAMING the other person if they donât do as you suggest.
When applied to ourselves, it revolves around chasing SELF-ESTEEM:
đâI should go to the gymâ â here, my SELF-ESTEEM is conditional
đŤCOULD is judgement freeđŤ
đâYou could home cook all your childâs mealsâ â you are offering options without judgement.
When applied to ourselves, it comes from a place of SELF-WORTH:
đâI could go to the gymâ â here the focus is on freedom of choice and self-worth. I can choose to be a good friend to myself, whether that means taking care of my body or doing something else that I need in order to nourish myself in this moment.
đŤ
When you come from a place of COULD, you see new options. This often leads to CREATIVITY, REGENERATION and INNOVATION, as well as not playing into a conditional self-esteem frame of mind.
đŤ
Where could you replace SHOULD with COULD today?

...be in curiousity not judgment my friends đ
